Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3-10 business days once credit card has been verified. Due to intricacy of some handmade items, some orders could take longer to process but our aim is to always ship products within 3-5 business days. Jacqueline Rose will send notification if an order will take longer than 10 days to process. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing on the next business day. Customer pays shipping charges. We charge a flat rate of $7.15 for all domestic shipping. Customers are eligible for free shipping on orders over $75 and must enter code FREESHIPUSA at checkout to redeem this offer.
International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail with a flat rate charge of $25.00 per package (arrives in 6-10 business days upon shipment). All orders shipped internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Jacqueline Rose LLC is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Return policy & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the charitable nature of our business and affordability of most our product, we currently do not offer returns or refunds for products less than $25.00 at this time. However, you may exchange the product for something else if it is purchased from our website or a Jacqueline Rose Pop Up Shop, within 30 days of purchase on the original invoice. Please contact email@example.com for an exchange authorization. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any return or exchange packages. If you wish to return or exchange an item more than $25.00, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Items purchased at a discounted rate or through third party retailers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
